Red #3 with Sour Cherry is a Flanders-style ale that starts out acidic and sour with initial tart cherry notes that linger through a complex palate that displays our native Santa Cruz yeast and oak-barrel aged character over a subtle malt and hop profile. 7% abv.
Double Dark Farmhouse #2 is a wild ale aged in 4 Roses and Woodford Reserve barrels. Raisin and dark fruit notes appear through a deceptively smooth body. Balanced acidity and tartness. 9.3% abv.
Golden Sour #9 with Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava. Tropical fruit bursting on the nose; mild tartness, funk, and aged hops on the palate. 6.3% abv.
Saison #9. A blend of ales brewed in 2017 and 2018 during our spontaneous fermentation seasons, oak barrel aged and dry-hopped with Mosaic hops. Tart and well-balanced. 6.7% abv.
American Wild #4 with Blackberry. Spontaneously fermented and oak barrel aged wild ale with local blackberries. Dry and astringent finish, with a brilliant cranberry hue. 6.7% abv.
Dark Wild #1 with Blood Orange and Sea Salt. Aged in 4 Roses and Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels, this dark copper ale has a perfect balance of malt and orange on the nose. Tobacco, leather, and orange balance out with a subtle brine on the palate. 5.6% abv.
