Red #3 with Sour Cherry is a Flanders-style ale that starts out acidic and sour with initial tart cherry notes that linger through a complex palate that displays our native Santa Cruz yeast and oak-barrel aged character over a subtle malt and hop profile. 7% abv.
Double Red A, whiskey barrel aged. Exclusive bottle club beer. We loaded up our mash tun with a heavier grain bill using American pale malt, Vienna, and a touch of assorted caramel malts. Bright fresh aromas of cherry and chocolate, sweet caramel oakiness, and hints of vanilla. Tart, medium bodied, with a dry finish.
Red #1, with raspberries. The red ale occupies the space between the dark and light saison. Darker than a traditional saison, with subdued chocolate and roasted flavors of a dark, the red ale is a perfect platform to showcase local raspberries. Aged for a year on oak, including 2 months on local red raspberries, this is our most fruit forward beer to date.
